P. D. K. Holdings (PVT) LTD expanded its operations into international trading in 2019 with the importation of pulses & other essentials (Red Lentils, Chickpeas & Sugar)

The company currently imports Red Whole Lentils from Australia & Canada, does the processing part here in Sri Lanka and trade Red Split Lentils (Mysore Dhal) at the wholesale market. RSL is the core product of the company’s international trading sector. Company’s 80% of imports are Whole Red Lentils.

Chickpeas is imported in different sizes (jumbo, medium) from Russia, Turkey, Bulgaria and USA

Following the ban for importing Green Gram, the company is currently purchasing the product from local markets.
