P.D.K Holdings (PVT) LTD is a limited liability Company incorporated in Sri Lanka and initiated operations as the franchisee for Keells Super since 1997. Keells Super is the retail arm of John Keells Holdings, Sri Lanka’s largest conglomerate. The company conducts its retail operations under the Super K brand while being identical to its principal Keells Super, the country’s leading player in the retail sector. Currently 6 Super K stores are located in Western and Central provinces.
P.D.K Logistics, the logistics company of the Holding company provides complete end-to-end supply chain management, including inventory control, warehousing, distribution and reverse logistics for its reputed clients since 2005.
In order to support entrepreneurship in Sri Lanka, P.D.K Holdings (PVT) LTD initiated its Business Funding Sector in 2012. This provides assistance to small scale businesses in their early stages as an angel investor, joint venture, associate or facilities with easy repayments. In addition Financial Advisory being provided with company’s expertise on a range of industries.
The Holding company expanded its operations into the real estate sector in 2017 with the incorporation of P.D.K Properties (PVT) LTD, a fully owned subsidiary of the company. P. D. K. Holdings (PVT) LTD expanded its operations into international trading in 2019 with the importation of pulses & other essentials (Red Lentils, Chickpeas & Sugar)
P.D.K Holdings (PVT) LTD with over 25 years of expertise in manifold industries operates around the country with over 250 employees currently working for the company.
